Tivo remote

New customer, 

After realising why my remote doesnt have a clear button or a pause function, these forums explained that like many of us new customers ect, we are getting supplied with the wrong remotes for the tivo box,  aparently i should have been given one with a yellow pause button and thumbs up and down symbols,

Has anyone managed to get by without this, how do you pause on the version 12 remote, and how do you get hold of the propper one?

Welcome to the Community, sorry to hear that you've been given the wrong remote control.

 

I'd recommend contacting our faults team on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other to clear security and request a TiVo remote is sent to you.
