Tivo recordings recordings stuttering and pixellated and restarting
For roughly 4 months now my Tivo-box recordings have been stuttering and pixellating and jumping throughout playback. It has even resorted to restarting itself to try and resolve the issue. This is very frustrating when you consider how much the service costs and that there are other providers available! I have even resorted to using my old DVD Recorder just to make sure I am able to record and watch my programmes.....not happy. As Christmas is approaching are there any Virgin Media Staff monitoring this community and am I able to get help or a new Tivo-Box before I approach other service providers. My Tivo-Box is 3 and 1/2 years old now.

What did the Faults team say when you talked to them?
