Hi is anyone else having trouble,nearly everything we press on to watch says must upgrade to watch when its been taped on TiVo box,why do we need to upgrade to watch recordings that are on a channel that we are subscribed to?
Sounds like your account has got out of sync with your TiVo.
Try a reset of the TiVo and if that doesn't resolve it, you'll have to speak to Virgin Media.
Have you downgraded your TV service recently so that the channels for these recording are no longer subscribed?
