Quite new to Virgin having come over from Sky. Got to say quite dissapointed as our box seems so slow. When navigating between functions such as My Shows, Catch up and tv etc the box is very slow in responding. Have reset box and still does same. Please can someone help?
Hope the power level correction helps. However what you describe is how my Tivo has behaved since the last software update that added extra features. Just take a quick look at other posts under the Tivo heading. Good luck.
