My tivo Box has been showing as title not available, I have tried restarting the box etc and no joy. I have checked that all the cables are in place and they are fine.
When I go through the settings a message came up telling me I was no longer connected to the network and needed to that but when I tried it told me that the ethernet cable was unplugged and there was no connection.
I am not sure as to why it is saying this as there has never been anything connected and nothing has been touched around that area or removed etc.

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and the TiVo® is not currently connecting to our network. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to investigate this for you.
