Tiddlers TV 'unsubscribed' problem

Before the recent TiVo update the small selection of children's TV programmes in Tiddlers TV were available in my pack.

The EPG still shows the 'channel' as being included in my pack, as does the website, but when selecting any programme from the menu it now says 'unsubscribed'...

Have you made this Full House / XL only but failed to update the EPG and website or is this a technical error?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue accessing Tiddlers TV. 

 

We have removed the app however this shouldn't have affected the programming. You can now access the app content through Video On Demand.

 

Since posting has the channel become available again?

Hi Kath - thanks for the reply, yes the programmes are now in the On Demand section instead of within an app, but every programme except once shows as 'unsubscribed'. Previously all programmes for Tiddlers TV were available on my package, not just one of them, so I assume that this is some sort of mistake.

OK, I've had a look in to this and we have raised this up as a fault under reference F004744328. 

 

Can you try one or two of the following to see if these work please? :

 

- Bob The Builder (Series)

- Bob the Builder: When Bob became a Builder (Single Episode)

- Cailou (Series)

- In the Night Garden (Series)

- Pingu (Single Episode)

- Paddington Bear (Series)

- The Pingu Show (Series)

- Bob The Builder (Series)

- Bob the Builder: When Bob became a Builder (Single Episode)

- Cailou (Series)

- In the Night Garden (Series)

- Pingu (Single Episode)

- Paddington Bear (Series)

- The Pingu Show (Series)

...all work fine, shown as 'Included in your package', but everything else in Tiddlers TV shows 'Upgrade to watch'.

Kath_F is away at the moment so I hope you don't mind me stepping in.

 

Thanks for the information, the fault that was raised regarding this issue has now been cleared so I'll need you to double check whether it's working if that's okay?

 

There seems to be two ways to access Tiddlers TV, one is by going to channel 700 and pressing the red button and the other is by going to On Demand, choosing the Kids sections and then Tiddlers TV.

 

Also (and apologies if you have already given these previously) but I'm going to need your account details just to make sure I have the right account because if you're still experiencing this problem i'm going to need to raise it again.

 

If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you.

Yes this has been raised as a known issue with ticket reference NKE8351 and should be resolved very soon.
