Hi Kath - thanks for the reply, yes the programmes are now in the On Demand section instead of within an app, but every programme except once shows as 'unsubscribed'. Previously all programmes for Tiddlers TV were available on my package, not just one of them, so I assume that this is some sort of mistake.
Kath_F is away at the moment so I hope you don't mind me stepping in.
Thanks for the information, the fault that was raised regarding this issue has now been cleared so I'll need you to double check whether it's working if that's okay?
There seems to be two ways to access Tiddlers TV, one is by going to channel 700 and pressing the red button and the other is by going to On Demand, choosing the Kids sections and then Tiddlers TV.
Also (and apologies if you have already given these previously) but I'm going to need your account details just to make sure I have the right account because if you're still experiencing this problem i'm going to need to raise it again.
If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you.
