Tiddlers TV problem

For a few weeks now if I try and select any of the six options in Tiddlers TV (channel 700) I get a message saying "playlist is unavailable" I've phoned Virgin and been told there is no issue and to wait a few hours and it should resolve itself, is anyone else having this problem? What else can I do as I feel I'm being fobbed off by Virgin, I've already restarted my box etc, thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using Tiddlers TV right now.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.


Does the message you get give you a number/code to quote at all?  If so can you please let me know what this is and this will help me narrow down the problem.


Also, do you have any other issues using On Demand?  Or is it just Tiddlers TV?  If you don't normally use anything else On Demand could you please try and order a programme from Catch Up as a test and let me know how it goes?
