Our V+ remote went a bit wonky the other day, so I called 150 and the person at the end of the phone agreed to send out a new remote. It's arrived today, but it's a TiVo one, so I can't get to my V+ recordings with it. Is there a way round this? Or will I have to send it back?
I'm really sorry to hear that the incorrect remote control was ordered for you, I've double checked from our end and there is no way on the remote to access your recorded programmes, though on your V+ box there is a V+ button, if you press this you will be able to see the recorded shows.
I understand that this would be inconvenient, but it's only a temporary measure until we are able to send you the correct remote control. We are unable to send these via the forum, so I'd have to ask you to give us another call to get this arranged.
