Hi, The catch up service is constantly "unavailable" it's so annoying every time I want to watch catch up I have to switch everything off at the socket or reset the box. Then usually the program I would like to watch goes off halfway through "unavailable" again. On top of that I called the number on your web sight ending 1111 which is unavailable, web chat is unavailable and the 5160 number is busy. So what is the resolution to this
Virgin Media have had problems with their telephone lines today although I believe this has now been fixed.
If you try calling them again now I'm sure you will be able to get through this time.
