TiVo box

I had no signal on TiVo for 3 days I turned off TiVo box and it's saying starting up but that's it it been 40 minutes nothing happening help please

Have you checked that the white cable going into the back of the box is screwed in properly?

If you cant find any loose connections then ring 150 & report the fault, as VM cannot automatically detect faults in customers drop cables.
