TiVo box not recording

I have just had virgin TiVo box installed two days ago and it worked fine the first day and after that I cant record or use catch up or on demand. When is this going to be sorted and y am I paying for a service that I can't use. Rang virgin numerous times just to be told it would b solved at a certain time only to find that it isn't. Rang the last time put on hold for 30 mins to get through for virgin to cut me off.

Apologies for the issues you were having last week accessing Catch Up and On Demand content. There was a fault ongoing at the time you posted which has since been resolved. 

Since you posted, are you still having the same issue? If so, reboot your box and try again.
