Went away on for long weekend. Came back to discover that none of my planned recordings were made. Reason "Power loss", but there was no power power loss! I understand this was due to a software "upgrade" that means if you leave you TiVo box in standbye. It does not make planned recordings. I call this a downgrade not an upgrade. How long am I going to have to spend on the phone trying to get this soughted out and claiming compensation!!!!
