I have recently started to watch and only got to series 3. I can see from other comments that I am not the only one left angry and disappointed in Virgins service. Back on soon enough isn't a very satisfactory reply!!
Before settling into another box set what do we look for incase this happens again?
I understand it's frustrating however in order to show these boxsets, we need to have permission from the broadcaster. Any permissions we have need to have an expiry date. Without this, you would be stuck with the same boxsets as there is always another customer just starting a series.
Any boxsets that are due to be removed will have an expiry date within the episode information.
