TV upgrade

I recently requested a channel upgrade and was sent a confirmation email stating that I would be sent equipment in order to do this myself as I requested. I have taken the day off work and lost a day's pay only for absolutely nothing as I have never even received any "equipment" or an email stating what happens next, I even paid an additional £14.99 activation fee. Can anyone help me with this as I'm so angry with VM .

What now?

A channel upgrade is done VM's end automatically, no additional equipment needed...Theres no option to order a "quickstart" pack if you are simply upgrading.

Have you ordered an additional TiVo? Or a new V6?

No I have'nt , This is just another balls-up from VM who clearly do'nt listen to their customers.

Youll need staff to look at it then, there's no obvious reason an activation charge would be generated unless you had new kit.

It actually sounds like a HUB3, but that's nowt to do with your telly service.

Wait for staff on here to pick it up.

Am seriously considering moving to Sky as VM are about as useful as a handbrake in a canoe as every time I try to do something either over the phone or on-line they f**k it up.
