We have various teams who work on making improvements where possible. We're always about trying make things better with the services we provide.
We have dedicated teams who work on various issues that we feedback to. If we can make that improvement then we'll get right on it.
In terms of subtitles, we pass on the content sent to us from the content provider. We may be limited in the modifications we can make. We will pass this on and see what can be done and if necessary work with content providers.

OK I am now more annoyed than previously as numerous other providers including Netflix provide better (more accurate and speedier) and smaller subtitles on their programmes. Why cannot VMM match this ?
