TV still out......S61

TV not worked since for 4 days now checked "service status" what a joke just keeps putting deadline for repaired back 6 hrs everytime will I be having a refund when my bill comes ......doubt it!

I'm in the same boat in S61. Tech help absolutely useless, incompetants, when you finally get to speak to someone. Told them that the box and TV were wiped out by lightning.Said they were going to send a technicIan out, then cancelled him.Been waiting ever since. Will push for refund

Said no issues on return from work today at 1530 tried TV nothing... just checked "service status" fixed by 2200 yeah I bet ! You in Greasboro mate?
