TV picture quality

Why does my cable TV picture keep breaking up, and also ghosting? This has been happening since before Christmas, and is getting worse. It is making viewing intolerable. Note: Picture quality via roof top aerial is perfect, which rules out TV screen faults. I have tried switching off and on and rebooted several times, and all connections are secure. 

It would appear that this is a Tivo box problem, or cable fault (Although I am not having any problems with broadband of telephone services).

probably cable tv signal levels. Have you phone to report the problem, otherwise you can wait 1-2 weeks here for a member of Virgin staff to look into it for you.
