All my stations are showing a screen which is unwatchable - ie the pictures is scrambled/pixelled. I have turned it off/ rebooted etc, but that was not fixed the issue
Any ideas what else to do?
The picture for all stations is still scrambled! 2 nights without a resolution = not a happy customer
Welcome back to the Community and sharing your post about the TV. I'm very sorry to learn that the picture has become blocky and pixelated.
I'd like to help and I've been able to fun some diagnostics on all Virgin Media devices in the home, looks like there's a fault that will be affecting your services.
Your Downstream power levels on both services are out of spec and with no known outage to relate to the are you're living in, I'd like to arrange an engineer to come out.
