No siganl whatsoever from about 8:40pm on Sunday. To be fixed by 4:00pm yesterday. Now have TV, but no Catch Up or On Demand now. Apparently this was a regional problem (AREA12). Now having an engineer out on Saturday. How does a regional problem suddenly become a problem with the TiVO box? Since this has happened either very slow internet connection or none at all. No one at Virgin ever takes ownership of these problems. A shambles at best
Some area faults take longer to fix than others. If an amplifier fails in the coax part of the system it can take a week or so to re-balance the system downstream of where the fault occurred. Thankfully these faults are fairly rare.
