I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing picture disruptions on the channels. I'd like to help check this out for you.
I have had a look at your box remotely and it is showing 'offline' right now. Can you please let me know if the box is currently turned on or off at the time of this post? Once confirmed I can help further.
Also, it's worth checking all leads are connected securely behind the box and TV set to ensure no loose leads are causing the issue.
