TV boxnot working

My TV box is not working for a while already, been checking all the stuffs. There is no light or any signal coming out after switching on the TV box. I think its broken. Is there possible to get a free replacement from Virgin media?

Are you saying your box is totally dead, no lights or anything?

Is it definitely plugged in properly and do other things work from the same socket?

What type of box is it, Tivo? V+? and depending on the box is its switch on?

On Here Virgin staff will take 1-2 weeks to get to this, alternatively you can call 150 if you have a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 if you don't and arrange an engineer visit. If they find your box is dead they will swap it for another one at no cost.

Yes i think its totally dead. It is a Samsung V+ TV box its pretty old. Will try to call up them to arrange an engineer visit.
