We have a very old Virgin digital TV box ( a Samsung one). It won't turn on. We know it's got power ( because the Rd light on th standby button is on) and we've checked all the connections. We've worked through all the trouble shooting pages on the website, and called the contact centre, but we can't figure out how to book an engineer. Can anyone help?
Many thanks for getting back to me. The account is my husband's name, which is probably why you couldn't find it. Anyway, he's been into a Virginmedia shop and they have been very helpful. A new plug and play TiVo box and broadband router should be delivered to us later this week, so hopefully that will solve the problem.
