TV anywhere Unknown error

I registered my laptop so i can view the TV through virgin tv anywhere. I am getting a page saying I am getting unknown error. 

I have noticed that, I have been signed out of virgin TV anywhere but iam signed in when Iam on the page "My Virgin media". 

Shouldn't this be fixed, If iam signed in other pages, I should be automatically signed into TV anywhere as well even if my device is registered or not?

Thank you for your message, I am sorry that the TV Anywhere has been playing up. I would like to ask what devices you're using to log into and whether this is happening after:-


  • Signing out and sign back in, after clearing your cache/temp files. Make sure when signing in anywhere, that the caps lock is monitored and the username and password are typed correctly.
  • Reinstallng the app itself, after clearing cache and cookies.
  • Checking that your device OS hasn't been changed recently, for example, Android 6.0.1 is unsupported.
