TV and movies

I can't believe the conversation I have just had it is unbelievable
I'm a new customer 2 weeks into my contract and when I started I got told I could not have movies with the full house package it would cost me 87 but now the same package is 55 online so when I ring to change it I get told no u will have to pay 83 even though I'm still a new customer and in my cooling off period
Well sky have offered me the same package with movies for 56 so off to sky I go am not being treated unfairly and virgin your staff are not very helpful at all

Did you talk to someone in retention's, i.e. phone up, select thinking of leaving, and explain why, they might be able to sort you.

Yeah that was the woman she said nope 83 I even explained and she didn't even know what offers were online so I just cancelled it as they were not willing to help
