TV and broadband

I have no tv or broadband in the EX4 area my neighbors are the same can you let me know when it will be fixed

I suggest you check the Service Status in your area to establish what is happening.

If your outage is not on there, you should report the fault to Virgin Media as it is unlikely to get on there unless customers report the fault.

How is the OP supposed to check the status page if he has no broadband?

Assuming that there's no access via the normal Broadband service nor mobile data service, we have a Free phone number that can be called to check on area status.  

 

The number is 0800 561 0061.

 

I hope this will be useful for anyone who has no access to online facilities in the future.

Thank you all for your replys, there was some problems which was resolved after a few hours it is very rare that we have any problems but better now than over Christmas
