Anyone know the reason for "problem with signal on this channel" error message. Constantly displayed on TVs this AM 12/11/16. Message says phone Virgin Media, I tried that but no response in over 2 hrs!
TV works spot on through normal aerial.

I have located your account to run a few tests and I can see there's some signal issues which is causing concern so I would like to arrange for someone to take a look at this for you.
If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
