not long had my services installed had to have a tech guy out as when first installed i was getting interference and loss of sound on HD channels, apparently the signal was low to the property so a booster was installed but i seem to still be getting errors. could this be a problem with my tivo box?

I'm sorry to learn that that you've had some issues in the past with the TV services, that's never fun.
I've been running some tests and looks like the issue with the signal levels has made an appearance and I would like this to be looked at again by an engineer to discover on what we may have overlooked previously.
