This is the 3rd time in less than a week that I have had error code w02 I've looked online and no known errors in the area run test it just says were sorting it but within a couple of days it's back again. I'm fed up with phoning Virgin as I have to phone them at least once a week about my broadband that keeps playing up.

I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're not detecting any errors at the moment so I hope that means that things are working as they should?
