TV Box - Stuck Starting Up

Hi,

I've recently joined Virgin and was given a TV Box as part of my package. We had connection points put in both downstairs and upstairs.

I've re-sited the TV box upstairs and it's been starting up for well over an hour?!? Have I broken it?!?
