TV Anywhere App Problem

When opening the app I was asked to logon to use the TV Anywhere app since a recent update it now includes "I'm not a robot" after numerous attempts it finally connected but hasn't loaded the normal screens instead it has connected me to the virgin website Do Virgin employ clowns to improve software this is another disaster

Thank you for your message, I'm sorry that the new update didn't take you to where you wanted to go. 

 

I would like to ask if you have been able to locate your shows  and be able to watch them? If not, can you tell me the route you're going through so I may feed this back?

Still a problem works for a short while then next time I try it I have to login again this usually fails and it's not my password that's the issue when I eventually get past the I'm not a robot it loads the dammed VirginMedia home page
