Nope. STV is not available outside Scotland on Virgin. Satellite is unique in allowing "out of area" access due to all the regions being beamed from one point in space. Also all the BBC & ITV regions are Free to Air, so the cost of distribution falls on the broadcaster & not the platform provider, as it does with IPTV or cable TV. You can of course (for the reasons stated above),simply retain your satellite equipment for this purpose, as STV does not require a subscription to Sky to recieve the channel.
