Got my new box and broadband yesterday. All got activated OK. Internet seems great. TV however is stuck on a welcome screen. Goes to a starting up screen, then back to welcome and flashes on a off. Tech can't come until Saturday. I'm not happy at all. I got my box on wednesday, so i should be watching TV ON WEDNESDAY.
To be quite honest, I want to cancel the whole thing. Why am i paying so much money? It has started off horrendous already the first day we have the boxes. Doesn't seem worth it now, or reliable, and even more so since a tech can't come until Sat!
