I'm unable to access my cable channels. My screen is stuck on "Starting up ..." preceded by a red clock symbol. There are also two red lights showing on the right-hand side of my box. I called the Virgin Media helpline this afternoon and was told they would reset my account and I should wait three hours, disconnect the TV then restart. I've done all this but the problem persists. Do you have any other ideas, please? The situation as it stands is pretty unsatisfactory. Thank you.
