Still waiting for pre-paid packaging

Good morning,

I have changed my package to not have TV and so I have a VHD box, a TVIO box and router to send back.

I have not received the pre-paid packaging yet. But they are happy to say they will charge me if I don't send back the equipment.

The equipment is ready to go and is taking up space so the sooner it gets sent the better.

Not sure what I should do as phone calls doesn't get me anywhere, replying to emails and texts from them get ignored.
