Pretty fed up, I switched TV on tonight and "updating stage 1 of 3" The progress bar gets across th right end and then flies back to do it all over again and again........... Been doing it all night. Send it back.
Welcome into the Community again and thank you for posting. I am sorry that the update has been taking longer than usual. I have been into the account and I can certainly see that the downstream power levels aren't working as they should be.
