Hi Recently moved house, virgin transferred etc problems with sound/sync with Netflix and certain channels, have tried a restart with no success, very frustrating, have given up on Netflix the delay is so bad, any advice will be greatly appreciated 👍🏻

If you haven't already would you be able to ensure are cables are securely connected to the back of the box to see whether there's any difference please.
