I'm sorry to hear that your experience interference with the sound right now. I'll be happy to help check this out.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks fine from here signal wise. Have you tried powering off/on the box to refresh things? If not, give this a try and let me know if this helps.
It's also worth checking the Audio settings.
HOME > SETTINGS > AUDIO > DOLBY DIGITAL > DOLBY DIGITAL TO PCM.
If you follow these steps and change it to the above setting and see if that helps.
