Sound and picture problems with Tivo

Hi, Back in September I bought a new Smart TV and shortly afterwards I began to get problems with no sound when switching on and then a frozen picture so I complained to my retailer and they exchanged the set. Now I'm getting the same problems with the replacement set and I'm wondering if it's the Tivo box or the transmission and not the TV. Has anybody had similar experiences in the last 3 months?

Hi Josh,

Well it's a week beyond the date you mentioned and I haven't had any problems during that time, so fingers crossed it's looking good. In layman's terms what was the problem?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've picked up an issue with the network in your area that's causing the pixilation you've described - Ref.(F004912132). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 7th December 2016.

 

Let me know if you're still getting trouble after the review date and I'll take another look.

Looks like I spoke too soon. Had a few clear weeks up to Christmas but now it's reverted to the same problem again. Can you please check out whatever it was you found previously.

Are you still there or if not can somebody in his department pick up on this problem of mine - that is no sound and frozen picture when I switch on the tv. HELP!!!!

Hi Josh. Thanks for the reply but unfortunately the purple envelope has a big zero on it.

However 12-4 on Friday 13th (Ooops!) should be OK if you can arrange it. Please confirm if this is good.
