Sorry it looks like your smartcard is invalid

Hi I've been away for 3 months due to work and have just returned, it has come up with the above message, why do I do? Helpppp? Thanks Anthony

I have sent an update to your box to refresh things for you.  If this error doesn't clear straight away then you may need to power off/on again to reboot and all your channels should be restored.
