Smartcard issue

Hi,

I have been sent a replacement STB (Cisco VBox) to replace an old Samsung. I rang the activation hotline and it said a signal had been sent. 

I configured the new box but it won't connect, has a flashing heart symbol, and gives ref 3009 smart card invalid. The card appears to still be registered to the old box. Can a signal be sent remotely to configure the card.

Give the Faults Team a ring and it can get sorted.
