Oh no! That's not good. Try and take the card out and clean it with a cotton bud and a bit of tissue then blow out the socket (like a NES cartridge), reinstert the card and reboot the box. If that fails, you may need to call the helpline unfortunately.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V+ box.
I've run a diagnostic on the box and the Smartcard status is showing fine. The problem is with the Input signal that feeds your V+. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician appointment.
