Smartcard Invalid, Error Code 3014

Hi,

I know this issue crops up fairly frequently so apologies for yet another post about it.

We haven't used our V HD box for a while, and are getting error code 3014 (smart card invalid). Resetting the box or reinserting the card doesn't help.

I understand from reading other posts that this can be fixed remotely, so any help would be great.

Hi Tom, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

When you don't use your box for a while, the smartcard does become inactive. We can reactivate it from this end by sending some hits. 

 

I've taken a look at the account and the smartcard status is showing as Active. 

 

Are you still having an issue with this error since you posted?
