SmartCard Invalid

Hi

 

My landlord got virgin boxes for the bedrooms in the house a few months ago but the one for my room hasn't been used until this week. I keep getting smart card invalid (Ref 3014) messages and asking me to ring for help. Since I don't know the account number I can't ring about it?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm very sorry to hear you're getting an invalid smart card error 3014. This happens when the box hasn't been used for a long time.

 

I've managed to locate the account to check this for you. I've sent an update down the line to get this error removed. Please restart all devices for this to work.

 

How are things looking now? Has the error disappeared?
