Smart card invalid

Hi I have just plugged in my tivo box after having it unplugged for a while and getting the message smartcard invalid? Could somebody tell me how to reactivate it without having to wait ages on hold on the phone please?

You can wait here for a few days and the forum team will do it for you or you can call in and get it done sooner.
