Smart Card Invalid Ref 3009

Hello,
We received a new Virgin box yesterday and we are having problems with the smart card saying its Invalid, when we press Home>Help it says service unavailable Ref 1035. Thank you.

What box have you got, there are more than one.

Oops, sorry!
We had a 6 year old Virgin VBox which has been replaced with a Vbox HD, no V+ or TiVo, just a basic box.
