Sky sports activation

Sky Sports at £22 per month for 9 months offer not activated after 10 days. Offer stated 48 hours, or up to 5 working days if busy.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Sky Sports offer.

 

I've taken a look at your account but I can't see the offer on there and nothing has been added on.

 

I recommend giving our team a call on 150 from your Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111 to try and get this sorted out.

I will ring when I finish work.
I ama bit confused as to why it isn't showing on my account.
I wondered if I had made an error but, when I clicked again on the link in the original offer, it says I have already taken up this offer.

I've checked it on this end and it is definitely a valid offer. Could potentially be an issue with the web upgrades.

 

The team should be able to apply it and get it working within a few hours for you.
