How do I cancel sky movies without calling VM. I've tried calling only to be on hold or in a que 20 to 30 minutes before being cut off, this has added upto more than 3 hours with countless calls over last 3 months. On two occasions 2 operators have cancelled sky movies but I'm still being charged. This was a free offer that I can't seem to cancel without entering into a new contract I'm now told? What can I do? Cancel the entire service?
