Hi, I too have been unable to use Sky On Demand as I too am receiving the constant annoying Error 319 message.
I have tried the Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now
Have tried this many times and the Virgin TIVO box is slow.
I have had this box for around 1 month and am utterly peeved.
Has ANYONE been able to get to the cause of the error.
Paying for a service that we cannot use is beyond a joke.

We're currently experiencing an issue with Sky On Demand content Ref.(F004840373).
(F004840373). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 17th November.
