What do I do to get it back working again? The picture and sound is breaking up. I'd be grateful for help here!

When I check the signal to the box I can see there are some problems so what I would like to do is to arrange for a technician to take a closer look.

Whenever further work is required, it doesn't get booked via your account. Instead it gets escalated up to the Area Manager and a survey will take place.

We do now get SKY News (hoorah!). But it is not perfect; constant slight break-up on picture.
Hope this can be resolved by outside team.
