Hi, I signed up for sky movies to enjoy over the xmas break but the picture keeps on breaking up on all the movie channels. I can watch them on demand with no problem but when I turn over to the actual movie channell (all movie channels) the picture keeps breaking up and freezing and is un watchable.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this or does an engineer need to pay me a visit?

I'm sorry to read about the Sky movies breaking up, this isn't a coincidence and after running tests in the home all of your services seem to be a bit poorly. Your downstream power levels aren't working as they should and without going into too much detail, these are important.
